Optional Add-Ons

Care Lite^®

Care Lite is an innovative way to add additional messages to your laser labels.

• This can be newly released information concerning a particular medication, general information concerning companion drugs available or discount coupons for various products in your store. Care Lite requires a laser printer and an 8.5" x 14" laser label.

ComplyChek^SM

Pharmacists need assistance to help them detect patients' nonadherence and to guide them in responding effectively. The solution must provide a viable business model for pharmacies that specialize in compliance care. FDS, Inc. (FDS) developed ComplyChek, a suite of electronic editing, auditing and reporting protocols, to provide an integrated practice solution for the serious and expensive problem of medication nonadherence.

• With ComplyChek, pharmacists are paid for managing medications while patients and payors realize improved effectiveness, safety and value from prescribed medication therapy.

CounselChek^SM

CounselChek lets patients note whether or not they wish to receive patient counseling, and if so, the areas to be emphasized.

• This unique process enables pharmacists to target consultation efforts, providing specific information needed in a shorter amount of time.
• By tracking the entire process with signatures, a pharmacy's liability exposure can be lowered.

Integrated Voice Response (IVR) Touch-Tone Refills

Accomplish more in less time while increasing customer service levels with IVR. Our partnership with Voice-Tech provides the latest in communications management technology.

Doctor Fax

Doctor Fax lets you send a fax to the physician's office directly from the prescription pathway via a dedicated fax modem.

• It provides warnings when a doctor has no fax number and a status queue for tracking pending faxes.

Shipping Interface

Shipping helps to decrease time spent making shipping labels.

• HCC pharmacy systems can pass patient address information directly from Prescription Fill/Refill data to FedEx and UPS shipping systems.

Dispensing Interfaces

Automated Dispensing Interfaces are available for Automed, Innovation Associates, Kirby-Lester, Parata, Baker Cell, Pharmacy 2000, Baxter Unit Dose and Medicine On Time.
